Present: Committee Members Bierwirth, Asher, Barclay, Ellison, Farrell, Friedman, Innis, Johnson, Kiernan, Lauter, Manning, O'Meara, Port, Seelen.

1. Chair Joe Bierwirth called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 6:05 PM.
2. Warrant Article 5 – Personnel Board, Salaries of Town Officers:
Warrant Article 5 was approved at a previous Advisory Committee meeting. The Committee voted to re-open the article, and then voted favorably to amend the article, changing the Treasurer/Collector's job Classification from Grade 15 to Grade 17.
3. Warrant Article 20 - CPC Open Space Acquisition – Summer Street Property:
This Warrant Article was approved at a previous Advisory Committee meeting. The Committee voted to re-open the discussion of the article. Phil Edmundson brought the Committee up to date on the final developments in the negotiations for the purchase of the Mobil station property on Summer Street, specifically the fact that the current owners had agreed with the Town's proposal to do a friendly taking. The majority of the Committee voted in favor of the article; Mike Barclay, Karen Johnson and Jerry Seelen asked to be recorded in opposition.
4. Warrant Article 54 – Street Acceptance – Cranberry Lane:
The Advisory Committee voted to recommend No Action on this Article.
5. Warrant Article 55 – Street Acceptance – Rosewood Lane:
The Advisory Committee voted to recommend No Action on this Article.
The Advisory Committee meeting recessed at approximately 7:00 PM and reconvened at the Annual Town Meeting. The Committee meeting adjourned coincident with Annual Town Meeting adjournment.
The next Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for 6/10/08, 7:30 PM.
