You are hereby notified that the Board of Appeals has rendered a decision on the application for

filed by:       Michael C. Kranzley and John Paul Bruneau, 6 Jarvis Ave. and 4 Jarvis
Ave. respectively 

for:                 an Appeal of a Building Permit, issued December 2, 2014, for construction at 2 Alice Walk

     X      granting the request to WITHDRAWAL without prejudice
             granting upon conditions
             denying the relief or other action sought.                                               

The decision is a public document, and may be obtained at the Board of Appeals office, Town Hall, 210 Central Street, Hingham.

Appeals, if any, shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as inserted by Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975 and as the same may be amended, and shall be filed within twenty days after the date of filing of the decision in the office of the Town Clerk, which said filing was made on February 24, 2015.
