Findings
The Board found that it is reasonable to waive the limitation on paving after November 15 as per Section 5H. (a). in the Rules and Regulations in this instance because all weather conditions were favorable, and the construction was done with inspections per the regulations.
CERTIFICATE OF ACTION
I, Sarah H. Corey, Chairman of the Hingham Planning Board, certify that at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Hingham Planning Board on January 6, 2016, the Board voted to WAIVE the limitation on paving after November 15 in the calendar year as per Section 5H. (a) of the Rules and Regulations for the installation of binder course at the Lewis Court Definitive Subdivision. All other conditions of the Definitive Subdivision Approvals Filed May 12, 2015 and October 6, 2015 shall remain in full force and effect.
