I, William C. Ramsey, Acting Chairman of the Hingham Planning Board, certify that at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board on July 18, 2016, the Board VOTED:

1. To APPROVE the request to reduce the Performance Escrow account (#8714) for Phase I of the Christina Estates at Baker Hill subdivision by $8,568 from the current balance of $85,000, leaving a balance of $76,432 in the account.

2. To APPROVE the request to reduce the Performance Escrow account (#8707) for Phase II of the Christina Estates at Baker Hill subdivision by $402 from the current balance of $77,000, leaving a balance of $76,598 in the account.
