CERTIFICATE OF ACTION
I, William C. Ramsey, Acting Chairman of the Hingham Planning Board, certify that at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board on July 27, 2016, the Board VOTED:
1. To APPROVE the request to reduce the Performance Escrow account (#8714) for Phase I of the Christina Estates at Baker Hill subdivision by $10,350 from the current balance of $76,432, leaving a balance of $66,082 in the account.
2. To APPROVE the request to reduce the Performance Escrow account (#8707) for Phase II of the Christina Estates at Baker Hill subdivision by $16,200 from the current balance of $76,598, leaving a balance of $60,398 in the account.
