Gay Smith, Chairman of the Hingham Planning Board, certify that at a meeting of the Planning Board on August 15, 2017, the Board VOTED to Release Lots 1, 2, 3 & 4 as shown on the Definitive Subdivision 901 Main Street filed in plan book 60 Plan 1039 from the Covenant dated October 28, 2016 recorded in Plymouth Registry of Deeds Book 47669 Page 103 conditioned upon the submittal of surety in the amount of $146,000 with the Planning Office.
