Summary of Proceedings
At a duly noticed joint public hearing with the Board of Appeals on
June 29, 2015 the Planning Board heard a Request for Waiver of Site Plan
Review in Association with Special Permit A2 under § V-C to allow the
removal of earth material for property known as 5 Martin's Cove Lane.
Planning Board members present included Sarah Corey, Chairman, Walter
Sullivan, Jr., Clerk, Judith Sneath, and Gary Tondorf-Dick. Upon
opening the hearing the Planning Board noted that they had just
completed Site Plan Review at their meeting of June 1, 2015 for this
project, prior to the application for the earth removal operations.
That hearing was a duly noticed public hearing and the abutters had been
notified. A copy of that decision was provided to the Board of
The Town Planner confirmed that the scope of this project as
submitted is the same as that reviewed at the June 1 hearing. The plans
are the same exact plans and the work is the same. Because this
project had been reviewed already by the Board and had not changed at
all in scope the Board found it was appropriate to waive Site Plan
Review as requested.
It was Moved, Seconded and So Voted to Waive Site Plan Review in
Association with the Special Permit A2 under § V-C to allow the removal
of earth material at 5 Martins Cove Lane.
