RE: 306 Whiting St- Request for Waiver of Site Plan
At a regularly scheduled and duly noticed meeting of the Hingham
Planning Board on May 18, 2015, the Planning Board heard testimony and
reviewed application materials submitted by Jeffrey Tocchio requesting a
waiver of Site Plan Review related to the construction of a 1,200 s.f.
addition to the existing building at the property located at 306
Whiting Street. This is a one story addition with walk out basement
for use for kitchen storage on the first floor and storage of lawn
maintenance equipment at grade.
The Board determined that there seemed to be sufficient parking to
meet the needs of the existing tenants and this new tenant. The
Board determined that the site plan review criteria were not really
relevant in this instance, and voted to WAIVE Site Plan Review for the 1.200 s.f. addition as described.
