SUMMARY OF PROCEEDINGS
At a regularly scheduled meeting on March 2, 2015 the Hingham Planning Board revisited the Site Plan Review conducted in November 2014 under §I-G and §I-I of the Zoning By-Law in Association with a Special Permit A2, relative to the request for two "minor" modifications to the Special Permit for the Derby Street Shoppes. Members of the Planning Board present were Gary Tondorf-Dick, Chairman, Judy Sneath, William Ramsey, and Walter Sullivan Jr.

The Board had approved the installation of two canopies for seasonal use. The canopy to be located by Hidden Pond will consist of a permanent wood structure, and the second is a canopy outside REI, both for shade purposes. The request is that the Planning Board approve the site plan for the two shade canopies as presented at the meeting of November 12, 2014.

VOTE AND CONDITIONS
After a brief discussion the motion was made, seconded and SO VOTED to "APPROVE the Site Plan Review for two shade canopies, one 11' x 24' and one 16' x 16', with the following condition:
1. Canopies to be in the locations indicated on the map provided with the application dated August 15, 2014, titles "EMPLOYEE PARKING IN THE SHADED AREAS (Appendix B) The Derby Street Shops, Hingham, Massachusetts"
