1. Review the fund's asset allocation and rebalance as necessary to provide cash for the 2021 Scholarship awards and administrative fee to be distributed in December in the aggregate amount of $285,500.
2. Vote minutes of 05/12/21 meeting.
3. Schedule the spring 2022 meeting date.
4. General Business and other items not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting.
