• Discussion of matters related to new building-snack stand/community room including lessons learned from a season of snack stand operation and the process for functions/meetings/scheduling, picnic tables for next year, etc. (Note: Snack Stand Concessionaire Greg Acerra has been invited for this discussion).
• Update on budget balance current fiscal year, etc.
• Update as to budget for coming fiscal year
• Update on CPC funded planning initiative with Harbor Development Committee and status of RFP. (Note: HDC Chair Marco Boer and Vice Chair Bill Reardon have been invited to this meeting)
