Modification of a Variance from § IV-A of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief as necessary, to
relocate an existing two-family dwelling, resulting in a 10’ front yard setback where 25’ is required
and 21.3’ exists, while eliminating a nonconforming side yard setback in Residence District A .

2. Sarah C. Hanlon, Trustee of the Sarah C. Hanlon Family 2013 Trust, to modify plans approved in
connection with Variances from minimum lot area and setback requirements, respectively issued on
December 6, 1974 and November 30, 1984, to remove a detached garage from within side and rear
yard setbacks, construct conforming additions to the existing single-family dwelling, and install an inground
pool at 138 NOKOMIS RD in Residence District A.
