6:30 P.M. Call to order
6:30 P.M. Continued from 11/17/22: Meredith Kerr, 66 Lincoln Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, for modifications to existing house and barn; and for hardscape additions
7:00 P.M. Al Kearney, 120 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to remove the existing gable roof on the front portico and restore the building’s original hip roof in its place.
7:20 P.M. Tim and Jessica Sandifer, 174 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to remove an existing addition at the rear of the building and construct a new addition; remove and replace the roof on two existing additions to facilitate reconfiguration of second floor layout; and for additional modifications.
7:50 P.M. Marycatherine and James Mamary, 219 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to remove the front portion of the existing stone veneer wall and replace with a grassed slope. The portion of the existing stone veneer retaining wall along the north side of the house will remain.
8:10 P.M. Kimberly Stevens, 270 North Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to install a 2 ft. high cedar fence behind the brick walkway along the front of the house; and to install a 3 ft. high cedar fence and arbor across the side yard.
