1.    Gill Research Drive, LLC for a modification of Special Permit A2 under § III-E, 7. of the Zoning By-Law , issued March 14, 2019, and such other relief as necessary to construct two commercial/industrial buildings resulting in a floor area ratio of less than 0.45 at 73 Abington Street in the Industrial Park and South Hingham Development Overlay Districts. Continued from November 17, 2022.

2.    David and Maureen Cederlund for an Administrative Appeal of the Building Commissioner’s issuance of Building Permit R-22-0794 on August 29, 2022 to JJF Investments, LLC, to build a new seven room, three bedroom with a two car garage at 457 MAIN STREET in Residence District A.  The Appellants are concerned about slopes and grading on the site and the impact that will have on their abutting home located at 461 Main Street, and believe the site should be subject to Site Plan Review by the Planning Board. 

The applicant requested to continue this hearing to January 17, 2023.

3.    SBA Monarch Towers I, LLC to renew a Special Permit A2 issued under § V-E of the Zoning By-Law on September 24, 2007, as extended through December 31, 2022 as a result of Section 17 (b)(iii) of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020 by the Massachusetts Permit Extension Act, and such other relief as necessary to maintain an existing Personal Wireless Services Tower located at 900 MAIN STREET in the Official and Open Space District.
