3. Adjourn to Executive Session, not to return to Open Session, for the purposes of:

a. Approval of minutes of the Salary & Negotiations executive session meeting of February 7, 2023

b.  Discussing strategy related to collective bargaining negotiations with HEA Unit A (Teachers) 

c.  4:30 pm: Conduct contract negotiations with HEA Unit A regarding a successor (2023-2026) contract

the public discussion of which may be detrimental to the Committee’s bargaining position.
