1. Approval of Personnel Board minutes of January 19, 2023
2. To consider a request from the Police Chief to grant an officer Education Incentive equivalency and receive Education Incentive pay
3. To consider a request from the Police Chief to credit an officer for past work experience
4. To consider placement on the salary schedule of the newly hired SSCC Assistant Golf Superintendent
5. To consider a request to grant the newly hired SSCC Assistant Golf Superintendent an additional week of vacation time 
6. To consider a request to amend the job description for the Benefits Coordinator position
7. To consider a request to reclassify the Benefits Coordinator position and approve placement on the salary schedule
8. To consider amending section 4 of the Personnel By-law
9. Review of Article D (Article 4) for the Town Warrant
10. Approval of Article E (Article 5) for the Town Warrant 
11. HR Updates
12. To enter into Executive Session (not to return to Open Session) for the following purposes:

• To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Teamsters, Local 25 Union pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion an open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town
• Approval of Executive Session minutes pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) and § 22(g)”
