In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 39, Section 23A of the General Laws, I hereby file notice that a meeting of the:

SOUTH SHORE EDUCATIONAL COLLABORATIVE BOARD

will be held on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in the Board Room, 75 Abington Street, Hingham MA 02043. 

Said meeting will be open to the public and to the press as required by the provisions of this section.

MEETING AGENDA

1.    Acceptance of the minutes from the March 31, 2023 meeting.        Vote needed

2.    FY 23 financial summary and OPEB trust transfer of funds.            Vote needed

3.    FY 24 budget discussion.

4.    Strategic plan.                                    Vote needed

5.    SRO MOU including body work camera language.                Vote needed

6.    Report of the Director of Student Services; Stonehill College teacher residency.

7.    Executive Director evaluation.

8.    Hull and Randolph classroom rental rates.                    Vote needed

9.    Revised 2023-2024 calendar with board meeting dates.

10.    Other

11.    Executive Session: Chapter 39, Section 29, mandates that in order to go into Executive     Session, the Collaborative Board must:

    a.  Do so on a roll call vote.

    b.  State purpose of Executive Session

    c.  Indicate whether the body will reconvene in public session.

    Matters to be considered in Executive Session:  Legal matters update

ALL NOTICES SHALL BE FILED WITH THE TOWN CLERK AT LEAST FORTY-EIGHT HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
