The following are seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:

6:30 P.M.  Call to order

6:30 P.M.  Continued from 8/17/23: Michael and Stephanie Fatzinger, 693 Main Street, located in the Glad Tidings Plain Historic District to remove existing window on the south side of the house and infill with shingle siding, add French doors on south side to open on outdoor terrace; add a second story to the rear of the house.

6:50 P.M  Continued from 8/17/23:  Town of Hingham Fire Department, Central Fire Station, 339 Main Street, located in the Hingham Centre Local Historic District, to construct a standing seam metal roof canopy over the front and side entry doors of the station; clad existing dormers with cedar shingles after removing failed slate shingles.

7:10 P.M.  Gregory and Kristine Halvorson, 32 Middle Street, located in the Hingham Centre Historic District, to construct a 1 ½ story garage/barn with “lean to” storage bay and glassy link to the house.  A parking court, driveway and walkway improvements are included in the project.

7:40 P.M.  Laura and Gregory Weibley, 107 Main Street, located in the Pear Tree Hill Local Historic District, to install a cedar fence around a pool to be located at the rear of the property.

7:50 P.M.  Madison Caron, 3 West Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace 25 existing windows.

8:10 P.M.  Carson Lynch, 224 South Street, located in the Lincoln Local Historic District, to replace shingle siding with clapboard, repair front and side windows, install new brick front walkway and a new stone wall along South Street.
