1.    Call the Meeting to order - 6:30PM

•    This meeting is being held remotely as an alternate means of public access pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 and all other applicable laws temporarily amending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law.  You are hereby advised that this meeting and all communications during this meeting may be recorded by the Town of Hingham in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.  If any participant wishes to record this meeting, please notify the chair at the start of the meeting in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, s 20(f) so that the chair may inform all other participants of said recording.

3.    Land Acknowledgement

    -    Work with Select Board to adopt the Land Acknowledgement

-    Advocate for town organizations to implement land acknowledgement at their meetings

4.     NFSJ Training - 10/28/2023

    -    Whiton Room at HPL - 9AM - 4PM ?

        -  TBD workshop timeframe

            -  discussing with Liora of NFSJ

        -  Additional Attendees

            -  Select Board & Tom Mayo (Town Manager)

        -  Material to be presented will be discussed with Liora

5.    Progress on ZB Prevention

    -     Updates 

    -    Searching for other Preventive Measures

-    Help other town commissions on fostering safe meeting environment

6.    HRC Survey

    -    Resend out survey to obtain 100 % responses 

    -    Liz Klein will send out a supporting email follow up
