HINGHAM -- With the Special Town Meeting less than three months away, the Town of Hingham would like to announce a special series of videos relating to the two capital projects that will soon be voted on by the residents in town.
On Tuesday, November 1 at 7 p.m., the Town of Hingham will be holding a Special Town Meeting at Hingham High School. Three articles will be on the warrant relating to funding the construction of a new Foster Elementary School and a new proposed Public Safety Facility. The Warrant Articles can be found on the Town of Hingham website.
To give voters as much information as possible on the two projects, the Town will be sharing short videos in a “Question of the Week” format each week from now through October. The first video in the series features Town Administrator Tom Mayo introducing both the warrant articles and the video series. Subsequent videos will feature pertinent details on both the new Foster Elementary School project and the new proposed Public Safety Facility project, and will feature a series of experts from various Town departments.
Future videos in this series can be found on the Town of Hingham website and Facebook page. For more information on the two capital projects, visit the Special Town Meeting page of the Town’s website.
