As the perimeter footings over-excavation, rebar, forms are concrete are near complete, the foundation walls are now fully underway. When passing the site, the large foundation/retention wall can be seen. The entirety of this enormous concrete wall will be completed in the coming weeks. Next step is backfilling the foundation footings and waterproofing the footings and foundation walls. After that, the garage footings will be begin.
