Notice Regarding Open Meeting Law Postings

Please be advised that a meeting held on March 24, 2020, the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Hingham voted unanimously to recognize that the website address www.hingham-ma.gov is the Town’s municipal website and to adopt the municipal website as the official method for posting notices pursuant to the Open Meeting Law in accordance with 940 CMR 29.03.

To locate Open Meeting Law Notices/Agendas, please access the Town’s website at www.hingham-ma.gov and click on the link entitled “Agendas & Minutes” to access the Agenda Center to search for Open Meeting Law Notices/Agendas.

Remote Meetings

These meetings are being held remotely by telephone as an alternate means of public access pursuant to an Order issued by the Governor of Massachusetts dated March 12, 2020 Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law. You are hereby advised that this meeting and all telephone communications during this meeting may be recorded by the Town of Hingham in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
