The WRWS would like to share an update of operations over the past two years to our customers and residents of Hingham, Hull and North Cohasset. Over the past two years we have made improvements and repairs to the water system, worked to further improve water quality from the water treatment plant, and keep our customers informed of changes to our operations. This is all outlined in the attached presentation.
We want to apologize for any confusion regarding the acquisition of SUEZ Water Environmental Services to VEOLIA North American Operations. We worked with our partners at SUEZ/VEOLIA and developed a plan that would minimize any changes to our current information platforms. This is also outlined in the presentation.
We encourage our customers to add VEOLIA to your email contacts and check your Junk/Span folders, so you will not miss any important notifications. VEOLIA is installing a "fix" to their system as recommended by our IT Department so that mail will not go to these folders, however we just want to ensure you are getting the most updated information and news.
