Hello, the Weir River Water System would like to inform our Customers in Hull on Allerton Hill, that tomorrow October 12th we will be doing a fire hydrant replacement at Nantasket Avenue and Standish Avenue. We currently don’t anticipate any service interruptions if all goes smoothly but Customers may experience discolored water once the hydrant replacement is complete. In this case, we recommend that Customers run their shower faucets until clear which should take approximately 10-20 minutes. Also, please check your washer prior to running laundry. The replacement is expected to take approximately six to eight hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue to make improvements to the system.
