6.    To enter into Executive Session (not to return to Open Session) for the following purposes:

a.    To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(1).

b.    To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Teamsters, Local 25 Union, the Hingham Library Staff Association, the Hingham Police Superior Officers and Patrol Unions and the Hingham Permanent Firefighters Association pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town.

c.    Approval of Executive Session minutes pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) and § 22(g).
