Agenda

Actions:

1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of Personnel Board minutes.

3.    To consider a request to grant longevity pay under the bridge provision to current employees previously employed by a town affiliate. 

4.    To consider a request for a step increase for two DPW employees.

5.    To consider a request to grant educational incentive pay for three officers.

6.    To consider a request to credit time on the job to three Police Department lateral transfers for the purposes of vacation and pay step.

7.    To consider a request to credit time on the job to a Police Department employee for the purposes of vacation time.

8.    Updates- open positions.

9.    To enter into Executive Session (not to return to Open Session) for the following purposes:

a.    Approval of Executive Session minutes pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(7) and § 22(g).

b.    To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining for the Teamsters, Local 25 Union, the Hingham Library Staff Association, the Hingham Police Superior Officers and Patrol Unions and the Hingham Permanent Firefighters Association pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 21(a)(3) because discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the Town.

10.    Adjourn.
